Missi Roti




Ingredients
Besan – 1 ½ cup
Wheat flour – ½ cup
Jeera – 1 Tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion – ½ cup
Finely chopped green chilli – 3
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tsp

Method
               In a bowl add all ingredients except oil. Mix well. Add enough water to make a soft dough. Add 1 tsp oil and mix well. Cover the dough with a cloth and rest it for 15 mins. Divide the dough into balls. Roll it as chapathi. Heat a tawa, add butter and cook the roti both sides. Serve hot.
